Tidewater’s services are captured in two categories: environmental regulation compliance and natural resources restoration. In many instances, our work within the environmental compliance sector generates natural resource restoration projects. This is the result of new federal regulations that favor the use of mitigation banks to provide appropriate mitigation to offset impacts to wetlands and streams. Based upon this, the market in which we operate is comprised of different entities that desire to construct projects that may affect natural resources.
